The UK property market is going through a cooling down period and the global credit crunch is beginning squeeze UK property investors as they try to get mortgage deals to buy investment property. This does not however mean that there are not investment property bargains around.

Countrywide Property Auctions stage a number of regional property auctions each month throughout the UK. Their strategy differs from other property auctioneers who stage large 100-200 lot auctions primarily in London. Rather, Countrywide prefers to operate sales of between 40-60 lots in regional cities like Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds amongst others.
