Welcome! My name is Ksenia Alyokhina, I am a CitySites support-manager and curator of some of our franchise partners. I have been working in the CitySites development department for a year and a half, in sales - for more than 6 years. I’ll write more about my biography later, now about work.

Support-manager - he is the curator of franchises - a mentor and assistant in the formation and conduct of business for our partners. This is the link between the current franchisee partner and the entire CitySites team. The franchisee asks all the questions that arise to the curator assigned to him, and the curator already interacts with other departments of the company to resolve a particular issue.

In addition, the support department is working on the development of the internal product that the company provides. It includes webinars, corporate literature, optimization and improvement of existing processes and the development and implementation of new and much, much more.

Every day the support-manager is faced with a huge number of various difficulties, joys and questions that arise with our partners.

Every day a lot of information passes through us. We are already direct founts. And as you know, who owns the information - that owns the world. We don’t really want to rule the world on our own, because I will share this information with you. My plans are to tell you about the life of the company from the inside, as far as possible, and about how our partners participate in the life of their city.

I’ll make a reservation right away, I did not study as a journalist or philologist, because my material will most likely be far from the standards of journalism, but I hope this will not affect its usefulness. Do not judge strictly :)

Once again - welcome!
